Nancy Ann Ryan
I Ann Ryan being of about the age of ninety years, and of sound mind and memory and fair health, do hereby make this as account for my last will and last testament hereby revoking any former will by me at any time heretofore made.
Item 1. I hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
Item 2. I hereby give bequeath and device to my daughter Catherine O’Brien the sum of two Hundred dollars to be paid her out of my estate by me executor within two years after my death without interest.
Item 3. I hereby give bequeath and devise to my daughter Maggie Ryan the sum of One Hundred Dollars to be paid her within 3 years after my death out of my estate without interest.
Item 4. I hereby give bequeath and devise to my daughter Mary Boney the sum of One Hundred Dollars to be paid her out of my estate within 4 years after my death without interest.
5th I hereby give bequeath and devise to my daughter Nancy Burke the sum of One Hundred Dollars to be paid her within 5 years after my death out of my estate without interest.
6th I hereby give bequeath and devise to my son Daniel J. Ryan all the rest and hereunder all my estate both real and personal of whatever that I owe my estate and whatever the “??” may be found and or pay “??” of the foregoing bequeath all of my property to be his absolutely, and should said Daniel J. Ryan be obliged to hire assistance in taking care of me before my death the amount that he is compelled to pay for said assistance is then deducted from the amounts of the foregoing bequests equally so that each of the foregoing legates may be charged equally therewith and it is my will that they receive the balance of the account bequeathed them after deducting any necessary expense paid by Daniel J. Ryan for taking care of me before my death.
