This is the best I can interpret:

In the Name of God Amen:

I Margaret Hill, a widow residing at Waukon, Iowa being of advanced years, but of sound mind and memory do hereby, make, (???) and declare this (???) as and for my last will and testament.

That is to say:

First, I devise that my executor shall pay and satisfy all just debts and obligations against me out of the assets of my estate.

Second, I give devise and bequeath to my two daughters Mrs. Margaret Fitzgerald and Mrs. Ann Murrin the house and lot, now and heretofore accorded by me as home in Waukon, Iowa.  (House Lot information contained Here.  Note)

Who them absolutely, free and clear of all charges against my estate, share and share alike.

Third, subject to the foregoing special bequest to my daughters Margaret and Ann, I give device and bequeath to my daughters every kind and nature both real and personal, except my household goods to my five daughters (??) and only children share and share alike, each of said five taking equally.

On the 17th day of May 1907, the foregoing instrument was signed by mark by the said Margaret Hill in our presence...

I cannot locate her mark on this document, unlike the wills and last testaments we've seen with James Ryan and Edward Hill.  This will was drafted and signed roughly 10 days before Margaret Hill died.
