| Greetings Terrence from Tipperary
Family History Research, We have today completed the research commissioned by you - receipt of payment attached. We did locate the Baptism of 6 children for James Ryan and Nancy/Ann Campbell - however we did not locate Bartholomew. From the attached you will see there are some gaps in the years between one child and another - we have checked all our records here with nothing to add. In addition we have contacted Nenagh Heritage and asked them to re-check for the children of James Ryan and Nancy/Ann Campbell just incase they had some baptised outside of the Cashel and Emly Archdiocese. When Nenagh revert I will let you know the outcome. Also attached is the Marriage of James Ryan and Anne Camel ! note the comments. There was no other marriage found that came close. With regard to the Baptism of James - Barth's father - being a Ryan there are plenty to offer. We have based this part of the search on all James Ryans pre 1818 given that he married in 1836, and we will issue the possibility from Newport with a Dad Daniel given that his son is called Daniel as there are too many others to issue. Finally, given that Bartholomew married in the USA we will not be able to furnish this record. If you have any queries re. the attached dont hesitate to revert. | Good morning Terence, Greetings from Tipperary. Thank you for your web submission and credit card details. I know from a previous mail that you sent us that you already tried the centre in Nenagh but just to let you know that there is also a centre is Waterford where records for South Tipperary are kept. Their email address is: mnoc@iol.ie Your file has now entered the system and will be dealt with in rotation. Your file no is: S-467. Could you please quote this on any further correspondence? I note that you selected both a Primary and a Secondary search on your submission form. I think a Secondary search is what you require as Bartholomew got married abroad and we would not have records of his children's Baptisms which is what a Primary search would provide. A Secondary search will generate where found: The Baptism record of Bartholomew His parents' Marriage The Baptism records of his siblings The Baptism record of his father (where dates allow) As you may know already from our website fees levied are for the process of research and are not based on information found. There is no guarantee that the relevant information exists within our archives. Your account will not be debited until research commences. You can expect to hear form us in 4-6 weeks. Kind regards, Pat. |
