These documents speak for themselves, but I would like to point out a few in particular.  The first two postcards shown are the front and back of a post card that Irish John Smith sent back to Kimball while in Ireland.  An interesting story was captured in the Irish John Smith short story while he was in Scotland.  Finally, many of the items represent handwriting samples of the William Smith family.
