WWII Casualty, Cousin Harold Squibb

(Top) Harold Edward Squibb Jr. was killed in action and is buried in Hanover military cemetery in Hanover, Germany.  This is a picture of the cemetery.  (Left) Reflects a memorial to those killed in action during WW2.  Harold Squibb is listed on this attachment. 

Squibb Connection - It is through marriage with a daughter of James and Bridget (Josephine) Ryan who was also Don Ryan's grandparents.  This was the child of Mr. & Mrs. H. E. Squibb, Vancouver, which would make him our cousin.

(Right) Map provides reference for area that Ryans lived in during the latter 19th and early 20th centuries.  The homesteaded near Quill Lakes, just south of Watson.
